Responsibilities include detailed cost estimation, quantity take-offs, and collaboration with project managers to refine bids.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related construction discipline.
• 3-5 years of professional experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Estimator in construction.
• Proficiency in estimating software such as CostOS or Buildsoft; strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction projects.
• Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
• Analyze project documentation to identify scope and cost drivers.
• Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors; liaise with stakeholders.
• Prepare BOQ and cost breakdowns for project phases; support tender submissions.
• Monitor estimate accuracy and maintain estimating records for future reference.
