Job Description

1.Develop and implement procurement and sourcing strategies to ensure the cost effective, timely, and continuous supply of goods and services while supporting the Company's operational and business objectives.

2.Lead and manage supplier relationships by overseeing supplier sourcing, evaluation, accreditation, contract negotiations, and performance to secure the best value in terms of quality, cost, delivery, and service.

3.Oversee the end-to-end purchasing and importation process, including purchase planning, order execution, shipment monitoring, customs clearance, warehouse delivery, and the resolution of shipment, quality, and supplier-related issues. Ensure effective coordination with internal departments and external stakeholders such as suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, inspection agencies, and government authorities.

4.Drive procurement efficiency and cost optimization by analyzing market trends, identifying strategic sourcing opportunities, managing procurement risks, and implementing continuous process improvements while maintaining product quality and supply reliability.

5. Ensure full compliance with importation, customs, food safety, and other regulatory

requirements by establishing procurement policies, monitoring regulatory changes, coordinating with government agencies, and ensuring that all purchasing and importation activities comply with applicable laws, company policies, and industry standards.
