Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on price, quality, delivery time, and reliability.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to facilitate procurement processes.
• Evaluate supplier performance regularly and identify areas for improvement.
• Receive and process purchase requisitions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders in a timely manner, adhering to policies.
• Monitor order status and expedite delivery to meet deadlines.
• Verify and approve invoices for payment.
• Ensure all purchases comply with company policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned by the Purchasing Manager
