Qualifications

• Engineering degree with solid background in engineering or construction.
• 1–2 years of procurement experience or related role.
• Experience in sourcing, canvassing, and supplier evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review approved purchase requests and PRS from affiliates.
• Evaluate requisitions for lead time, specifications, stock on hand, and monthly consumption.
• Facilitate canvassing for items such as station supplies, hardware, and equipment.
• Secure price quotations from multiple suppliers and tabulate quotations for evaluation.
• Analyze quotations based on specifications, price, payment terms, delivery lead time, and warranty.
• Negotiate with suppliers for best possible prices while ensuring quality.
• Inform end user about inspection/evaluation of second-hand items prior to PO issuance.
• Create Purchase Order (PO) in NetSuite and forward for approval, notify suppliers.
• Maintain good relationships with suppliers and communicate delivery issues.
