VISMAY INTERNATIONAL CORP. is seeking an experienced Purchasing/Procurement leader to develop strategies that align with sales plans and inventory objectives. You will source, negotiate, and manage suppliers across local and international networks, ensuring cost efficiency and reliable delivery.

The role requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment. Travel for supplier meetings may be needed in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Purchasing or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in purchasing/procurement/sourcing or supply chain.
• 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Experience in retail or consumer electronics and multi-brand environments preferred.
• Strong negotiation, cost management, and supplier relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with business needs and inventory goals.
• Lead sourcing and procurement of products, materials, and equipment for the company.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, lead times, and discounts with suppliers.
• Manage relationships with local and international suppliers, principals, and distributors.
• Monitor orders, delivery schedules, and product availability; coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze inventory levels and market trends to support purchasing decisions.
• Ensure compliance with policies and internal controls; develop procurement documentation.
• Lead and develop the Purchasing team, including workload allocation and coaching.
• Provide management with cost analyses, supplier evaluations, and recommendations.
