Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, engineering, or supply chain.
• 1-6 years of experience in PM, strategy, or business transformation.
• Strong structured problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to turn ambiguous problems into structured projects and actionable plans.
• Proven project management skills with coordinating multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end strategic projects across SPX Express.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance, efficiency, customer experience, and scalability.
• Develop business cases, feasibility assessments, implementation plans, and success metrics.
• Analyze data to identify root causes and opportunities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects.
• Manage timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment.
• Monitor project performance and report insights to management.
