Job summary

ZUS Coffee Philippines is seeking a PM/PMO professional to drive strategic and transformational improvements across the organization. You will define project standards, document progress, and ensure effective execution through structured processes.

Key responsibilities include engaging stakeholders, maintaining project visibility, and acting as a communication bridge between projects and departments, while collaborating with senior management to build credibility and drive results.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Accounting & Finance, and related studies from a recognized university.
• Certifications in Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Project Management, Agile Practice, Design Thinking, Critical Thinking, Supply Chain, Business Analysis, Risk Management are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic & transformational change across the organization and transform management and operational ways of working.
• Engage stakeholders and maintain continuous visibility of projects; define and employ standardized processes for effective execution.
• Provide a bridge for smooth communication between projects and internal departments; demonstrate leadership to maintain credibility with senior management.
