Job summary

Commercial and Investment Bank is seeking a Project Manager within the Business Support Management group to partner with BSM Leadership and the Centers of Excellence, supporting Global BSM initiatives and their change management needs.

You will leverage data fluency, strong communication, and stakeholder engagement to gather information, track progress, develop SOPs, and deliver clear updates and presentations to leadership, while supporting capacity planning and headcount tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum five years of experience in project and/or operational roles.
• Proven track record in Business Management or Project Management with clear reports.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and change management abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain client or stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership on a broad range of projects and initiatives of varying complexity, including tracking, process flows, focus groups and training.
• Contribute to adoption of project management best practices, standards, and SOPs.
• Work with senior leadership on capacity/utilization reviews and headcount tracking.
• Analyze data and provide actionable insights; identify data hygiene issues and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with in-region stakeholders; prepare periodic business updates, scorecards, and KPI presentations.
• Assist with execution of opportunities and track progress.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute internal meetings and all-hands events.
• Support People Agenda programs such as recognition initiatives and training.
