Job summary

Boston Consulting Group (BCG) SEA seeks Project Leaders, Principals and Partners for the Financial Institutions Practice to partner with banks, asset managers and other financial services clients to tackle their toughest challenges and create sustainable competitive advantage.

You will lead client engagements, guide research and analysis, mentor teams, and help organisations transform through strategic initiatives and digital-enabled change.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in strategy consulting.
• Experience leading teams of consultants.
• Ability to solve complex business problems and devise strategies through research and analysis.
• Excellent communication and written and spoken English.
• Excellent numerical, analytical and quantitative capabilities.
• Solid business acumen, commercial capabilities and judgement.
• Team player, open and positive in group dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Play a key role on client engagements, managing studies to define client needs and supervising research activities to obtain relevant data.
• Lead project teams of consultants to design and develop long-term business strategies for client corporations.
• Oversee hypothesis formulation and advanced financial analysis of client, competitor, and industry data.
• Develop actionable recommendations and supervise due diligence, product development studies, and change management plans.
• Manage client contact and help build high-level client relationships.
• Lead content for proposals or other business development work.
