Job summary

Curtiss-Wright Corporation is seeking a proactive Project Scheduler to plan, manage, and monitor schedules across multiple initiatives. The role collaborates with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery within scope.

Responsibilities include creating schedules, analyzing risks, managing EV/EVM budgets, and supporting customer presentations. Expertise in MS Project or Primavera is essential; experience with Agile PM methods is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Performs project setup activities for assigned projects.
  • Supports project teams with tasks including customer presentation preparations and action item tracking.
  • Proficiency in project scheduling software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, or equivalent).
  • Keeps project plans updated and coordinates with cross-functional teams to complete tasks.

Job description

Under general direction, plans, develops, and manages project schedules across various initiatives. This role works closely with project managers and cross‑functional teams to ensure projects and delivered on time and within scope. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • 1. Creates and maintains project schedules depicting all project pre‑requisite activities, manufacturing operations, purchasing activities, and customer commitments in support of the Production Control activities as required per the Project Management Standards Manual (PMSM) for the assigned production, design, and forecasted projects. (40%)
  • 2. Analyzes project schedules to identify potential risks, conflicts, and critical path activities. (15%) Creates and maintains cost profiles, approved cost budgets, and forecasted revenue budgets as required per the PMSM for the assigned production, design, and forecasted projects. This includes performance of Earned Value (EV) and/or Pseudo EV cost and schedule analysis as required. (15%)
  • 3. Performs Project Set‑up Activities for the assigned production, design, and forecasted projects. (15%)
  • 4. Supports project teams with project related tasks, including supporting customer presentation preparations and scheduling, and collecting action items. (15%)
  • 5. Hands on expirence on the Microsoft projects,
  • 6. Updaate Project plan and followup with CFT to complete the tasks
  • 7. Communication skills,
  • 8. Knowledge about the Process for Plastic moulding, Stamping, Representative Qualifications: Proficiency in project scheduling software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, or equivalent). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Experience with various project management methodologies (e.g., Agil) preferred.
