Optum seeks a senior project leader to align projects with our strategic objectives and the Voice of the Customer. You will collaborate across functions to manage scope, timelines and budgets while coordinating with US clients and stakeholders during US business hours.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in program management, PMP is a plus, and a proven ability to drive cross-functional success in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of strategic project management or project management experience.
• Experience managing projects and engaging directly with US clients or stakeholders.
• Must be available to work during US business hours (full overlap).
• PMP Certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Consult with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of project scope and objectives with the organization's strategic objectives and the Voice of the Customer.
• Raise awareness of misalignment or misunderstanding of project scope and objectives with applicable stakeholders.
• Identify project duration, effort, sequence and dependencies of tasks required to meet objectives.
• Develop and contribute to project budgets and forecasts, obtaining approvals from stakeholders.
• Apply project life cycle methodologies and tools to develop, document and implement communication plans.
