Job summary

Optum Philippines is seeking an implementation-focused Project Manager to join our team in Makati. The role requires coordinating across multiple project teams to deliver programs aligned with organizational objectives and the Voice of the Customer.

Qualified candidates will have 7+ years of project management experience, be able to work during U.S. business hours, and hold an undergraduate degree or equivalent. PMP certification is preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of project management experience.
• Proven ability to manage client engagements of moderate complexity and scope.
• Must be available to work during U.S. business hours (full overlap).

Responsibilities

• Consult with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of program/project scope and objectives with the organization's strategic objectives and the Voice of the Customer.
• Raise awareness of any misalignment or misunderstanding of project scope and objectives with applicable stakeholders.
• Identify project duration, effort, sequence and dependencies of tasks required to meet applicable project objectives.
• Develop/contribute to project budgets and forecasts, obtaining approvals from applicable stakeholders.
• Apply project life cycle methodology and tools as you develop, document and implement project communication plans.
• The most challenging part of this role? Effectively working with multiple project teams and stakeholders on project implementations.
