Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines seeks a Project Management Specialist to lead structured project management, process implementation, and change management across the Brand Growth Center.

You will own the end-to-end lifecycle: planning, cascading, implementation, monitoring, assessment, and handover. The role ensures on-time delivery within approved resources, with clear ownership and measurable results, while providing management with visibility on progress and risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in PMO, Business Transformation, or Change Management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned projects from planning through implementation, assessment, and closure.
• Develop clear project objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, milestones, owners, dependencies, and success measures.
• Translate management direction and business requirements into structured project plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure clear accountability for project deliverables.
• Conduct regular project reviews and monitor progress against timelines.
• Identify blockers, risks, delays, and dependencies and drive corrective actions.
• Maintain project documentation, RAID logs, decision logs, and action trackers.
• Provide management with timely and concise project updates.
• Create, review, document, and oversee implementation of Brand Growth Center processes.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, Policies, Workflows, RACI, Process Maps, Governance Standards, and Project Templates.
