Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and using project tools is essential; AI tool usage is a plus. This role offers growth within a dynamic digital marketing team and opportunities for advancing processes

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Project Manager, ideally in an IT or digital marketing agency.
• Good with people, can drive fixes rather than just flag problems.
• Strong time management to complete tasks in a day without sacrificing quality.
• Able to discern truly well-done work from just finished-looking work.
• Familiarity with web design and development in digital marketing is a plus.
• Fluent English, essential for the team.
• Bonus if you already use AI tools in daily work.

Responsibilities

• Own your clients' accounts, track every project and timeline closely.
• Summarize client meetings and convert them into clear tasks for the right people.
• Coordinate across departments so each person knows what to do and why.
• Review work before it reaches the client and catch incomplete or off-brief work.
• Provide clients with status updates directly when needed.
• Join client meetings when required and represent the work.
