Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, milestones, and actionable timelines
• Assign daily tasks, manage resource allocation, and motivate cross-functional team members
• Outline, forecast, and track project expenses to ensure alignment with financial constraints
• Identify potential project bottlenecks early and implement mitigation strategies
• Provide regular progress updates, performance reports, and dashboards to clients and executives
• Review and sign off on deliverables to guarantee they meet internal standards and customer briefs
