Job summary

Manila Water Infratech Solutions, Inc. seeks an experienced Project Planner who will oversee scheduling, cost control, and risk management for major projects in the Philippines.

The role requires collaboration with Project Managers and the Finance team to ensure timely revenue recognition and contract compliance. Candidates should hold an engineering degree and have at least five years in project planning/control, construction management, and SAP S4/HANA proficiency.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Relevant Engineering Degrees.
• At least 5 years work experience in project planning/control, project construction management and contract administration.
• Knowledgeable in scheduling activities, integrated time and cost analysis, together with cost control, earned value techniques and risk management.
• Experienced user of relevant programme tools and techniques for project control system.
• Proven experience in SAP S4/HANA.

Responsibilities

• Update, evaluate and analyze the project accomplishment on cost and schedule vs planned; communicate variances and recommend actions to Project Management Head for timely decisions.
• Generate accurate and timely submission of project revenue reports for Leadership and Project Team.
• Consolidates all Contractor's WAR submitted by the Project Team; translate WAR and coordinate with the Project Team/TSM for signature and revenue recognition by Finance.
• Consolidates all Project Contract related documents and provide support to the Project Team on monitoring of project details and close coordination with the Technical Sales Managers Team to prevent future contract issues.
• Track / Monitor Material availability and delivery status in time for project execution.
