Job summary

AQUADYSINC is seeking a project-focused professional with civil engineering and quantity surveying background to liaise with contractors, prepare Job Orders, and lead the financial and contractual aspects of projects in Metro Manila. You will ensure cost-effective projections and compliance with contractual terms.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in Civil Engineering or Project Administration, strong MS Office skills, and a detail-oriented, team-player mindset with readiness to start immediately.

Qualifications

• Experience in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or Quantity Surveying.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum 2 years related work experience, preferably with post-construction experience.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Scaffolding design and setup experience preferred.
• Can start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with contractors and collect paperwork.
• Prepare and check Job Orders in a timely manner.
• Lead the project team on financial and contractual aspects for cost projections.
• Provide advice on contractual matters related to financial issues.
• Perform risk assessments and propose improvements.
• Check and provide accurate measurements of completed projects.
• Conduct post-con checks/audit of all projects.
• Interpret construction plans accurately.
