Responsibilities

• Unite the crew—align exec sponsors, vendors and practitioners behind transparent KPIs.
• Make status crystal-clear with rigorous controls, real-time dashboards and plain-English reporting.
• Sharpen the playbook—partner with our senior PMO community, mentor rising talent, refine methods.
• Blend & bend—switch between waterfall, agile and hybrid approaches because results trump dogma.
• Stay cool under fire—your resilience steadies the ship when programs get choppy.
