Job summary

Seven Consulting is seeking a Project Manager to lead a flagship Australian project. You will drive delivery on time, on budget, and with measurable benefits, while uniting stakeholders around a transparent roadmap.

You will mentor junior PMs, maintain clear status via dashboards, and adapt waterfall, agile or hybrid methods as needed to hit milestones.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing large-scale projects (A$10 million+).
• Strong stakeholder management from C-suite to vendors.
• Leadership skills with ability to mentor junior PMs.
• Fluency in waterfall, agile and hybrid delivery; certifications are a plus.
• References showing integrity, clear communication and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Run flagship project on time, on budget, and on quality while realising benefits.
• Unite stakeholders around a transparent roadmap with KPIs.
• Maintain crystal-clear status through live dashboards and proactive comms.
• Coach and uplift junior PMs and share best practices.
