Job summary

Seven Consulting is seeking a Senior PMO Consultant to guide governance across projects, programs and portfolios for clients in Australia. The role demands strong stakeholder management and an outcome-focused mindset, with a commitment to teamwork, transparency and delivery.

The candidate will uplift PMO maturity, refine processes and metrics, and own governance elements from scheduling to benefits. North America business hours are expected, with travel to Australia possible.

• Experience guiding traditional and agile initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and governance delivery.

• Support & optimise PMOs across projects, programs and portfolios.

• Coach peers—motivate, guide and upskill PMO analysts and coordinators.
• Influence up—translate data into clear, decision-ready insights for senior stakeholders.
