The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of experience in brand management or marketing, a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, and a proven ability to manage end-to-end campaigns while guiding junior team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in brand management or marketing.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end brand campaigns.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience in retail, consumer goods, or distribution industry is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
