Job summary

WSP Pasig is seeking a Project Finance Specialist to support project teams and drive financial performance across a portfolio of projects in the Philippines. The role involves project accounting, invoicing, subcontractor management, and regular reporting to stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have a tertiary degree in accounting/finance or related field, 3–5 years of experience in project finance, and strong ERP and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in project finance and maintaining data in ERP systems.
• Ability to analyse variances and explain financial implications.
• Strong Excel skills with pivot tables and lookups.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide project accounting support for a portfolio of projects.
• Monitor costs, revenue recognition, and financial performance for stakeholders.
• Manage invoicing, procurements, and subcontractor setups in ERP.
• Prepare internal and external project reports and assist audits.
