Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Director to organize and lead the construction operations of large hi-tech pharmaceutical projects in the Philippines. You will be responsible for the overall success of the projects’ quality by setting targets, supervising GC and subcontractors, and ensuring targets are attained.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in civil, mechanical engineering or related field; experience leading project management commissions for medium to large construction projects.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical projects.
• Experience managing contractors in pre and post contract stages and tendering.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Advising at a strategic level at project conception to achieve client objectives.
• Leading establishment of overall success criteria including time, cost, technical and performance parameters.
• Planning and ongoing management of quality, safety, health and environment issues.
• Establishing governance, processes and systems for the project.
• Producing the detailed project plan and advising on resource procurement.
• Leading cross-functional project teams and monitoring KPI-driven performance.
