Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in CSA, MEP Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 15+ years of experience as Project Manager Lead in Life Sciences/High Tech facilities.
• Experience managing teams and delivering commissioning and general line management.
• Knowledge of structural, civil, plumbing, mechanical, electrical and low voltage scopes.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall project cost, schedule and budgets.
• Lead client and required meetings and coordinate reviews.
• Review and approve cost-loaded schedules and final invoices.
• Ensure on-site delivery and handover with close-out documentation and warranties.
