Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field.
• 3–5 years managing commercial office or retail workplace projects.
• Strong knowledge of PM principles, tools, and methodologies.
• Ability to read architectural and engineering drawings.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English; Thai language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project delivery from initiation to close-out.
• Define success criteria and develop plans, schedules, costs.
• Coordinate design and construction documents for constructability.
• Lead project teams and facilitate client meetings.
• Prepare formal reports and manage risk and change control.
• Maintain project governance and documentation integrity.
