Job summary

Prime Infra is seeking a seasoned Project Controls Coordinator to support the PMO in monitoring project performance across schedule, cost, risk, and reporting. You will consolidate data from engineering, procurement, construction, and contractors to enable timely management decisions.

You will work with Planning, Engineering, Commercial, and other teams to maintain reliable data, track indicators, and support issue identification and mitigation actions throughout large-scale projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years in project controls, coordination, scheduling or PMO roles.
• Experience in large-scale engineering or infrastructure projects preferred.
• Familiarity with project controls principles and reporting processes.
• Knowledge of planning, scheduling, risk, and performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate collection, consolidation and validation of project controls data.
• Maintain trackers, dashboards, registers and reporting databases.
• Monitor performance against schedules and milestones.
• Support PMO reporting and executive updates.
• Identify risks, issues and required mitigations with stakeholders.
• Coordinate across engineering, procurement and construction teams.
