Job summary

Smart Infrastructure is seeking a Project Engineer on a Philippines-based role to support Electrification & Automation projects from award through handover, ensuring safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery. You will coordinate baselines for scope, budget, and timeline while ensuring documentation discipline and proactive problem-solving.

You will work with LV/MV systems, Protection & Automation, and structured project workflows, using MS Project for scheduling, and participate in customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in project coordination or support within the power or electrical industry.
• Understanding of LV/MV systems, Protection & Automation systems, and structured project workflows.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with good documentation discipline.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive in problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of Electrification & Automation (EA) projects from award through to handover, ensuring safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery.
• Assist in establishing and maintaining project baselines covering scope, budget, and timelines.
• Coordinate engineering deliverables, procurement, logistics, FAT, installation, and commissioning activities.
• Monitor project progress and support corrective actions to address risks or delays.
• Assist in managing contract obligations, variation orders, and change requests.
• Participate in customer meetings and internal project reviews to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout project execution.
