Job summary

CDCC Builders Inc. is seeking a Project Acquisition Officer to identify opportunities and develop profitable projects through market research and client relationships.

You will work with the Estimating Group to prepare competitive proposals and manage tender requirements. The role requires 3–5 years in business development in construction, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales (construction/engineering preferred).
• Experience with bidding, contracts, and project acquisition in construction.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and proposal preparation.
• Logical, methodical thinking and strong time management.
• Integrity and malasakit.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and research markets in the construction industry.
• Maintain a pipeline of potential projects and clients.
• Coordinate with Estimating and Finance for proposals and bid invitations.
• Prepare tender requirements and required documents (NDA, company profile).
• Represent the company in client meetings, pre-bid conferences, and networking events.
• Prepare monthly reports on opportunities, bids, and outcomes.
