Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate in Business, Economics, Management Engineering or Industrial Engineering from a reputable school.
• Strong PM background; PM certifications a plus.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong technical PM, leadership and strategy skills; ability to manage cross-functional teams in a diverse environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute program initiatives aligned with objectives and strategies.
• Plan and monitor overall program to meet milestones across projects.
• Maintain integrated cross-functional program view balancing technical and business needs.
• Develop and refine program, project, and resource management protocols and tools.
• Analyze and minimize program risks; produce status reports for management.
