Qualifications

• Must have experience in external OSAT operations or equivalent supply chain roles.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage external OSAT operations, ensuring suppliers maintain healthy and balanced production and engineering lot flow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to track lot movement with transparency and visibility.
• Ensure periodic shipment and revenue targets (POR) are met.
• Improve cycle time and SOD hit rate by resolving aged/overstaged lots and bottlenecks.
• Develop, review, and present quarterly supplier performance scorecards with KPIs like delivery, cycle time, quality, and responsiveness.
• Provide local operational support by driving subcontractor management and cross-functional coordination.
• Demonstrate urgency by driving recovery actions for incidents or risks affecting supply continuity.
