Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management in Metro Manila is seeking an Industrial Engineer who thrives on turning chaotic factory floors into efficient systems. You will anchor capacity modeling, bottleneck forecasting, and process optimization to improve productivity.

Join our team to develop master production schedules, perform time-and-motion studies, build KPI dashboards, and drive Lean/5S initiatives with AutoCAD drawings. Strong Excel and data analysis skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

BS Industrial Engineering graduate with strong fundamentals in production planning and operations.
Proven experience in capacity planning and time-and-motion studies.
Strong Excel, data analysis, and KPI/dashboard skills.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, process mapping, and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

Develop master production schedules and translate deadlines into backward timelines.
Conduct time-and-motion studies; establish standard man-hours and measure actual vs standard hours.
Determine machine and manpower capacity; create weekly/monthly capacity forecasts.
Analyze downtime, overtime, rework and waste; improve layout and material flow; implement Lean/5S.
Build dashboards to monitor WIP and provide management with performance data.
Collaborate with Production Manager to simulate and execute recovery scenarios when lines lag.
