Job summary

Relevant experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools (especially charting and project scheduling).
Organized, motivated, and able to thrive under pressure.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage the Production Plan (MPP) to meet delivery targets.
Coordinate manpower, equipment, and raw material availability.
Monitor production capacity, generate workload reports per section, and resolve workflow issues.
Conduct physical inventory/cycle counts for planning accuracy.
Collaborate with Engineering, Production Supervisors, and Job Out Coordinators.
