Job summary

Allianz Philippines is seeking a Product Category Manager to own the strategy, growth, performance, and lifecycle of the assigned product category. You will collaborate across teams to deliver initiatives aligning with Allianz PNB Life’s objectives and strengthen its market position.

You will drive category growth, manage lifecycle, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead cross-functional teams to accelerate time-to-market and maximize portfolio value.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in product design, launch, and lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of insurance products (VUL, traditional, health).
• Experience navigating regulatory and governance processes.
• Strategic and commercial capability to develop portfolio strategies.
• Leadership and influence to drive cross-functional alignment.
• Experience in pricing or actuarial collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute category strategy, portfolio growth priorities, and roadmap initiatives.
• Drive end-to-end product development from ideation through launch and lifecycle management.
• Lead cross-functional orchestration across IT, Operations, Marketing, Pricing, Distribution, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance.
• Ensure governance, regulatory compliance, and timely submissions.
• Monitor portfolio performance and optimize through repricing, enhancements, or retirement actions.
