Job summary

Ariescor Water Inc. in the Philippines seeks a proactive Procurement & Vendor Development Engineer to support sourcing, supplier coordination, quotation management and procurement continuity for water, wastewater, infrastructure, and industrial projects.

You will coordinate with Engineering, Project, and Warehouse teams; evaluate suppliers; organize quotations; monitor delivery schedules; and help build a reliable supplier network to ensure uninterrupted supply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (engineering, supply chain, or business).
• 0–3 years in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, engineering, or vendor management.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Exposure to procurement systems, supplier coordination, warehouse systems, or industrial systems is preferred.
• Strong organizational, documentation, analytical, and coordination skills.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other procurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement activities for project and operational requirements.
• Source and coordinate with suppliers and vendors.
• Assist in supplier evaluation, accreditation, and performance monitoring.
• Request, organize, and evaluate supplier quotations.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Project, Warehouse, and other departments regarding procurement requirements.
• Monitor purchase requirements, supplier commitments, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier information, and documentation.
• Support vendor development and the establishment of reliable supplier networks.
• Assist in procurement planning and cost comparison.
• Help ensure continuous supply availability while maintaining procurement integrity.
