Qualifications

• Knowledge of sourcing, purchasing, supplier management, and inventory control.
• Experience in report preparation, data consolidation, and operational planning.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily procurement activities and purchasing processes.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services.
• Review purchase requests, purchase orders, and procurement documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment requirements.
• Consolidate procurement, inventory, and operational reports for management review.
• Assist in preparing weekly, monthly, and annual procurement plans.
• Analyze purchasing trends, supplier performance, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Generate reports and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor procurement KPIs and ensure targets are achieved.
• Coordinate with different departments to gather data and align procurement plans with business requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve procurement efficiency and cost control.
• Support management in implementing procurement strategies and operational initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit and reporting purposes.
