Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Supply Chain, Business Admin, Logistics)
• 1–3 years in distribution/logistics or dispatch
• Experience with delivery planning and shipment monitoring
• Ability to prepare transport documents and operational reports
• Proficient with Excel for tracking and reporting
• Strong communication with drivers, warehouse, and internal teams
• Detail-oriented with accurate record-keeping
• Able to multitask and work onsite in Caloocan

Responsibilities

• Support daily transportation and distribution activities
• Coordinate delivery requirements and schedules
• Monitor outgoing shipments and provide status updates
• Maintain logistics records and transport documents
• Track vehicle dispatches and shipment performance
• Coordinate loading schedules and stock transfers with warehouse
• Address delivery-related concerns and escalate issues
