INGCO PH Traders Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Associate to support procurement operations in Caloocan. You will source suppliers, process POs, monitor deliveries, and ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining strong communication with internal teams and vendors.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 1 year of purchasing experience. Proficiency in Excel and MS Office is preferred, along with excellent negotiation and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Logistics, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in purchasing, procurement, inventory management, or a related role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase requests and prepare purchase orders in a timely manner.
• Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, delivery, and service.
• Request and compare quotations from vendors to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and product availability.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in maintaining adequate stock of materials and supplies.
• Track and document purchases, contracts, and supplier records.
• Resolve purchasing and delivery issues in coordination with suppliers and internal departments.
• Assist in negotiating prices, payment terms, and supply agreements.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
• Prepare purchasing reports and other procurement-related documentation.
