Job summary

Manila Kitchens is seeking a Procurement Specialist to identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers, manage purchase orders, and ensure timely delivery. You will work closely with production, warehouse, and accounting to align procurement with inventory and payments.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and at least two years in procurement, with strong negotiation, communication, and Google Workspace skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 2 years in procurement or related field.
• Experience with supplier management and procurement process.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for raw materials and components.
• Maintain an updated supplier database and monitor supplier performance.
• Prepare and process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and related procurement documents.
• Coordinate with accounting for invoice matching and payment processing.
• Monitor delivery schedules and coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams.
