Job summary

BANH MI KITCHEN SERVICES, INC. is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage purchasing, supplier relations, and cost-efficient procurement strategies in the Cebu City office.

You will coordinate with finance, accounting, and legal to ensure compliance and timely delivery of goods and services. The ideal candidate has a minimum of five years in procurement, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and knowledge of procurement systems.

Qualifications

• Graduate of business management or related courses.
• At least five years of work experience in the same procurement role.
• Knowledge of supply chain and procurement systems.
• Certification in supply chain is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Ability to plan, organize, and oversee work of others.
• Integrity and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential suppliers.
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts and pricing.
• Develop procurement strategies to minimize costs and risks.
• Source and purchase goods and services, including negotiating terms.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations.
• Manage procurement budget and forecasting costs.
• Coordinate with finance, accounting, and legal.
• Conduct market research and evaluate supplier performance.
• Prepare purchase orders and maintain supplier database.
• Expands supplier database and maintains records.
