RISE is seeking a Procurement Specialist to source quality goods and services at a competitive cost, ensuring timely deliveries and strong supplier relationships. Working under the Procurement Manager, you will support cost efficiency, policy compliance, and an uninterrupted flow of materials essential to the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Excellent communication and relationship-management abilities.
• Knowledge of contract law, customs/import regulations, and procurement compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research, evaluate, and compare suppliers based on quality, cost and reliability.
• Negotiate pricing and terms; monitor budget and cost savings.
• Process and track purchase orders with suppliers and internal teams.
• Coordinate international shipping, customs, and import requirements.
• Build supplier relationships; evaluate performance and resolve disputes.
• Manage supplier contracts with Procurement Manager; track renewals.
• Follow procurement policies and regulations; report discrepancies.
• Maintain procurement records and prepare audit reports.
• Analyze market data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
