Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Procurement Coordinator in the Philippines to assist in planning and coordinating activities for the procurement of supplies and materials. The role requires coordinating with the Procurement Manager and stakeholders to meet business objectives and ensure timely fulfillment of orders.

The ideal candidate will assist in supplier evaluations, contractor accreditation, and negotiation based on price, quality, and availability, supporting cost-effective procurement

Qualifications

• Minimum educational attainment is College Graduate.
• Preferred course is Business Graduate.
• At least 3 years of experience.
• Proficient in accounting software (preferably SAP).

Responsibilities

• Helps in planning and coordinating work activities relating to procurement of supplies and materials.
• Coordinates with Procurement Manager and relevant stakeholders to ensure business objectives are met.
• Helps in managing procurement processes, including contractor accreditation and supplier evaluations, to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders to understand purchasing requirements and ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
• Helps in negotiating and evaluating suppliers based on price, quality, and availability.
