Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a Supply Chain Liaison to serve as the primary contact for fleet supply agencies and to foster strong relationships based on clear communication.

You will coordinate with internal teams (Acquisition & Partnerships, Finance, Claims, Operations), maintain records, and help streamline processes while supporting audits and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for designated fleet supply agencies.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and external supply agencies.
• Collaborate with SPX teams to resolve agency-related issues and improve processes.
• Maintain organized records of agency contacts, agreements, and performance data.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings with supply agencies and document minutes.
• Gather agency feedback and escalate issues as needed.
• Participate in service level reviews and advise on underperforming agencies.
• Assist in audits related to supply agency performance and compliance.
• Identify opportunities to streamline interactions and implement best practices.
