Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring a Procurement Officer for a hybrid role in Eastwood, Quezon City. You will manage the supply chain, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timely orders across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years experience in purchasing/procurement.
• Vendor sourcing knowledge.
• Strong teamwork and communication.
• Excellent English; Mandarin language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with key vendors to maintain an effective and reliable supply chain.
• Forecasting using an in-house Excel-based system.
• Raise and confirm purchase orders using Excel and Xero.
• Enter purchase order details into internal databases and analysis tools.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms.
• Review quality of purchased products.
• Maintain records of shipments, delivery information and invoices.
• Coordinate shipping and delivery options with carriers and customs brokers.
