Job summary

Create Synergies Inc. in Makati seeks a Procurement & Materials Officer to manage end-to-end procurement, supplier sourcing, negotiations, and PO processing to support warehouse inventory and project operations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in procurement, experience with construction materials and renewable energy projects, and proficiency with ERP and Excel. You will work with Engineering, Operations, and Warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries and optimal stock levels.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field such as Supply Chain, Business Administration or Engineering.
Minimum 3 years in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain operations.
Experience sourcing construction materials, electrical equipment, or project-related supplies preferred.
Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Dynamics 365, Oracle, NetSuite) and Excel.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end procurement process from supplier sourcing to PO issuance and delivery monitoring.
Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, delivery, and reliability.
Negotiate pricing, terms, lead times, and contracts to achieve cost-effective purchasing.
Prepare and process purchase requests, POs, supplier quotations, and related docs.
Monitor PO status and coordinate with suppliers for on-time delivery of materials.
Collaborate with warehouse, engineering, and project teams on material planning and inventory.
Support supplier accreditation, performance evaluation, and vendor data management.
Ensure procurement activities comply with policies, budgets, and procedures.
