Job summary

Create Synergies Inc. is seeking a Procurement Officer & Warehouse-In-Charge to lead the full spectrum of procurement activities and oversee the startup of a new warehouse in Bulacan.

The role combines strategic sourcing with hands-on warehouse management, ensuring timely procurement, proper storage, and efficient distribution to support operations. The candidate will drive supplier negotiations, optimize inventory, and implement processes from ground up, while coordinating across departments

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; engineering graduates preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in procurement and warehouse operations.
• Experience in supplier coordination, procurement processes, and inventory management.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, stock control, and materials management.
• Strong negotiation, planning, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP or inventory management systems experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and cross-department coordination; travel to Bulacan required.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement including sourcing, supplier evaluation, negotiations, purchasing, and order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely material deliveries while ensuring quality and cost efficiency.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations: receiving, storage, issuance, and documentation of materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement effective control measures to maintain stock availability.
• Coordinate material requirements with internal stakeholders for operational needs.
• Establish and lead the new warehouse, developing procedures, systems, and workflows.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and prepare procurement/warehouse reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and procurement procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve procurement strategies and warehouse efficiency.
• Perform other procurement and warehouse duties as assigned.
