Responsibilities

• Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management: negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms; build relationships; evaluate supplier performance; onboard new suppliers.
• Procurement & Contract Management: manage end-to-end procurement; standardize practices; negotiate and manage long-term contracts; monitor renewals; maintain records.
• Cost Savings & Business Improvement: develop sourcing strategies; identify savings opportunities; analyze purchasing trends and supplier performance; partner with operations to improve efficiency.
• Inventory & Supply Chain Optimization: support inventory management best practices; optimize stock levels and logistics; reduce lead times; maximize asset utilization.
• Reporting & Stakeholder Management: prepare reports on purchasing performance; collaborate with senior management, finance, and operations; monitor KPIs; manage rebates and supplier agreements.
