Responsabilités

• Understand and comprehend the plan, drawings, and schedule to determine the full requirement.
• Explain requirements and complexities to vendors, without designer or PM help.
• Read and understand the project schedule to determine completion dates without dependency on others.
• Manage Regular and Special items within the work scope.
• Refer to historical data to determine the requirements (full or partial).
• Manage all parties in delivery and completion of items, following best practices.
• Find, vet, and negotiate with vendors, subcontractors, fabricators, installers, and service providers.
• Negotiate price, lead times, payment terms, and other terms; sourcing can be done locally.
• Maintain price competitiveness and profitability while supporting design creativity.
• Evaluate item quality.
