Job summary

JDD Construction Inc. is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead procurement activities for our operations and projects in the Philippines. You will source materials, equipment, and services, and drive cost-effective purchasing to meet project timelines.

The role requires 5–8 years of procurement experience, strong supplier negotiation skills, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams. Travel to project sites or suppliers may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, BA, Eng or related field.
• Proven procurement experience with supplier management and negotiation.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the procurement process from sourcing to delivery.
• Develop procurement strategies and procedures.
• Source and evaluate suppliers, contractors and service providers.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, contracts and delivery schedules.
• Monitor purchase orders, deliveries and supplier performance.
• Ensure materials and services meet project requirements.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships and develop new sources.
• Monitor procurement costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Coordinate with Project Management, Engineering, Finance and other departments.
• Supervise and provide guidance to the procurement team.
