You will review requisitions, evaluate suppliers, prepare POs, monitor inventory, and resolve issues related to delivery delays and quality.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review purchase requisitions from departments.
• Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery performance.
• Request and compare quotations from vendors.
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs).
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment.
• Verify purchase documents, invoices, and delivery notes.
• Maintain purchasing records and supplier databases.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers.
• Resolve issues related to quality, delivery delays, and supplier performance.
