Qualifications

• At least 3 years combined relevant work experience in Procurement and Global Sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Lead formal strategic sourcing efforts across multiple categories.
• Analyze with quantitative and qualitative methods.
• Communicate clearly, manage time and solve problems.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles with multiple priorities.
• Build strong client relationships and project outcomes.
• Project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Develop RFPs and evaluations; negotiate supplier agreements.
• Coach and guide sourcing teams; deploy process templates.
• Coordinate with client cross-functional teams on supplier selection.
• Ensure services align with budgets, timelines, and SLAs.
